@PRELUDE

Thanks for the pictures!  Almost like being there.  Toronto was a bit to far for my taste.  I'll have to wait to spring for the "Salon Son et Image" in Montréal to have a similar taste.

@LAUNDREW

About the age thing, so true...  When I finished college, I bought myself a decent audio system, but after that, girlfriend, house, kids... well, budget priority were place elsewhere.  I'm just getting back into the hobby this year and I am 43...  :-)

It would be very interesting to know what the mean age is here on this site - perhaps in the very late 40's  :scratch:

Now, back to the hair dye  :lol: :thumb:

Absolutely - thank you for taking the time to post the photos PRELUDE  :thumb:

Be well....

By the way I am 41 and had a fully active system when I was 17. I remember that I was trying to explain this system for my neighbor who was 55 years old and man o man he just did not want to get it and he was keep telling me that crossover should be inside the box not outside. :lol:

Prelude, add my thanks for all the pictures and the time it took to post them.

Gee, I feel like the old man of the group! At least so far. I'm just about three weeks shy of turning 71. Do I get some kind of a discount now? :lol:

53 for me and have been in the hobby since 1978.  I purchased my first Bryston back in 1988 - a 3B.

hi, Prelude!

did you see anyone else was using Bryston gear at the show?? i'm asking because it has happened that other manufacturers had a BDP as a source for example.

Wasn't in the GTA this weekend, missed it by 10 days.
Just turned 54 a week ago - ears are still great, eyes not so much... :cry:

Still have the invoice for my first .5/3B combo from 1989 - $2100 - SOB that was a ton of cash at the time but after speaking to James who talked me into the 3B over the 2B for my little Maggies it was thr right thing to do - kept it for years.

Hi

The D amps are generally used in Surround systems and we are running Stereo only at shows.

james

...did you ever try to biamp/triamp the model T with a d-amplifier?

TORONTO TAVES SHOW 2014

WEIRDO

The all Bryston room was well done too.

I'm wondering how much traction their speakers are getting.

The don't suck
