Love ~ Da CapoElektra, Gold Label
Very Nice on the gold label. I think Laura has "Love" LPs on the original label.
Rhino Rerelease of the last Turtles album - although much of the original band was gone by this time it charted 2 hits Happy Together and She'd Rather Be With Me. All over the place with Top 40 jangly pop mixed with psychedelia and some flat out strangeness.
The Section was an American rock band formed in the early 1970s that encompassed both studio and stage work by musicians Danny Kortchmar, Craig Doerge, Leland Sklar, and Russ Kunkel. Their frequent appearances on the records of artists signed to Asylum Records made them the label's de facto house band.

Medicine Head were a British blues rock band – initially a duo – active in the 1970s. Their biggest single success was in 1973, with "One and One is One", a Number 3 hit on the UK Singles Chart. The group recorded six original albums, the opening trio of which were on John Peel's Dandelion label.

Looks like you went on a vinyl rampage last weekend!!
Went to Jerry's Records in Pittsburgh on Sunday. Cathy and I got back about 3pm today. To much driving for me I might think about going again next fall.
How many miles away is that? Any good record stores by you?
About 270 miles. That's why we spent the night. I live 5 min. from The Delaware Water Gap National Park. Pittsburgh is clear across the state. I normally go to Double Decker Records in Allentown about a 40 mile drive. We have here in town "The Main Street Jukebox". I rarely go there anymore since the one owner sold to his partner.
That's pretty far drive, looks like it was worthwhile though. I never been to the east coast. Chicago is about as far east as I've ever been. Maybe Indiana, but that doesn't count.Cheers!
