I bought my IA-7 V2 about 14 months ago. It's work well so far but suddenly there is no sound on the left channel. I try to swap the speakers from both channels and confirm the problem on the left channel.
Is it a common problem on this amp or there is something I can do?

Have you tried swapping the interconnect cables?

Start with process of elimination. 

Does it happen with multiple sources? 

Oh and try cleaning all contact points.

Possible that the amp board is dead. Contact our support from the high-end website.
