Thanks guys!
I'd love to take credit for the awesome smoke meats, but honestly, it's copied food I've seen on the BBQ site.
So many amazing foods there.
"Scotch eggs". Yea. Google that. Then, throw some on your smoker.
You're welcome.

Did I show you my Thanksgiving turkey?

Maybe we should move BISL to the culinary circle since his camera seems welded to his grill?

Just saying...    :finger:

On the contrary Bob, I do bring it inside. Sometimes.  :icon_twisted:
For example... we are next weeks lunches I made this morning.
In the bowls are: Grilled pork tenderloin, steamed broccoli, rice, corn, sliced mushrooms, and grilled andouille sausage.
In panini form, we have rice, grilled pork tenderloin and sriracha sauce.

Your daughter is a doll, so cute!!  :thumb:
You HAVE to build some speakers with her!!!!! (in a couple more years)

Yip, you are correct, that's my little speaker builder .... recently promoted to "teenager".
Back in the day...

They are both super cuties.  You gents are quite lucky, but you already knew that!

Bob - are those lunches going to be microwaved?  If so, I beg you to do some research on microwave ovens and their detrimental effect on food in additon to microwaving in plastic containers.  For the health and future of all children please, please, please DO NOT cook in a microwave oven and especially not in plastic of any kind.  This goes double for using any kind of plastic wrap.

I use Pyrex covered with tin foil or left open in a convection toaster oven.

I conducted my own experiments by boiling water in a microwave and on the stove then making a cup of coffee Melitta style (freshly ground bean and brewed one cup at a time) with both and the microwaved water tasted so bitter and nasty I could not, did not, want to finish it.  Anyone who has microwaved meat to reheat it already knows you are just making some freaky form of jerky.  Do your homework and conduct your own experiments.  You might be surprised.

Hi Chip,

This is a very evocative image. Can you tell us more about it?

My youngest son and I went for a hike. I try to get creative when taking some pictures and with the sun being out I was trying to capture it coming through the tree tops off/on during the hike.. In this shot I was keeping the tree branch in there as I thought it added something to the pic.  I took about 20 different shots I think that is the 2nd to last one. I did a little editing in lightroom but not a ton. I have some presets I use depending on the picture and style I am looking for. I really liked how the the sun ray was coming through the trees all day and this happened to be my favorite.

From last year, hopefully I can go to some more balloon festivals this year.

Just FYI, I have used Photobucket to link all my photo's, they did a maintenance update 3 weeks ago and lost all my 1800+ photo's. I do have a back-up for the pictures, but no way can I re-link to all my post's for the last 10 years.

WHAT!?!?  :o
That scared me!
I ran over to my PB account to make sure they're all there. Seems I didn't lose anything.
I knew I had a bunch, but it turns out I've got 3,566 photos stored there!
Sorry to hear about your loss. Man.... I'd be mad. There's a bunch of stories in those photos.  :(

Awesome photos Pete!

Maybe Flickr?  I don't know if they do a "maintenace cycle" but I don't believe they do.  Maybe Buddy can give us some insight as he uses Flickr.

I've been with PB for.. oh... ten plus years, maybe twelve?
I've never lost a photo. I'm thinking Pete's situation is a rare and isolated incident (not that it's acceptable, mind you, but....).
