Title: E-frame transformer vs toroidal transformer
Post by: rellim68 on 20 Oct 2004, 09:18 pm
I am looking at two older 4B power amplifiers, one has what they call E-frame transformers and the other has toroidal transformers. What if any are the differences may I expect from one to the other In sound reproduction etc... . Both are priced about the same , any input would be great.
