Hi to all,

I was wondering if anyone here have the regular gloss lacquer finish with their Salk (not the high gloss $1800) and can you commment on it?

i have the regular gloss on mine. even if i could afford the hand rubbed finish (not that it's overpriced as it's a LOT of work to do that, but still it is expensive) i wouldn't want it. i have never been a fan of shiny anything - i find it kinda gaudy and distracting. to each his own.

**edit** BTW if you are just asking about the quality of the finish (any of them) don't even ask as it's above and beyond anything i have seen. seriously.

what made you decide on the gloss finish since you said you dont like shiny things. I have a pair os ascend sierra high gloss that im going to use as rears and im not sure if should match them with my salks

actually i didn't decide. jim did  i kind of left everything in his hands and was glad i did.
