Garth Hudson passes at 87

Last surviving member of The Band, organist, Garth Hudson has passed. Thank You for the music Sir, it lives on. Condolences to his family and friends. Was fortunate to see The Band in Chicago Nov. '69, they were stunning. They opened to a darkened stage with Hudson playing his opening to Chest Fever, to this day the cut gives me chills. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h_7q9_EJYvE

The Band is back together now, as with so many others from that time. Keep on rockin' Gentlemen.

I'm very sad. The Band are one of my all time favorites.
Chest Fever is playing in my mind.
