I'll figure it out, the back can come off as i have made this set with screws and 45's on the back..  No biggie.  Got to be done though to do it right.

Cool!

Got any shots of the removable backs? (on/off)

Thanks,

Ruben

Here's a little prompting to Ruben to post some of his beautiful builds  :thumb:

Well, since you put it THAT way. :green:

Here are some shots of a pair of N3's and a single N3S.

I'll save the rest for later! :thumb:

The person whom I built that center for is having me do another one in pearl with a gold face!

I purchased some N3 TL's from jeffx 6 wks. ago. Jeff did a great job on these: http://www.audiocircle.com/index.php?topic=89768.0

Got 300 hrs. run time on the Sonicaps & Platinums.  I'm using the N3's w/ a Virtue Audio M-451 int. amp w/ built-in Dodd tube buffer & Piano M1 CDP, Sylvania Gold Brand GB-5751 tube & running the amp on batteries. Sounds absolutely fantastic!  Danny, Gary & Seth are royalty as far as I'm concerned!

Hey BL,

Congratulations! :thumb:

I had a feeling you were going to end up taking them home after the audition. :green:

IMO, If more people knew how good the N3's truly are, it would be a game changer in it's category. Price to performance is off the charts.

Enjoy!

Very cool footers, I like those much better than the large rectangular base.

Best,

Your N3 TL's look fantastic! I like the footers too. They really enhance the looks.  A great job! Thanks for posting the picture for others to see.

I thought my base solution was a face saving effort for lacking of material. Now it became a selling point. Good surprise!

No they look incredible. When I move my N3's into TL's I'll make them like yours.

Hotjt, Those feet look great...very nice build documentation as well!  I'm starting a servo-sub build shortly myself so I also appreciated your rythmic build doc.
