Found this D5600 $596 body only.
with kit 18-55mm $696, with 18-140mm up to $896.
https://www.amazon.com/Nikon-18-55mm-3-5-5-6G-70-300mm-4-5-6-3G/dp/B01N7OJNEX/ref=pd_cp_421_1?pd_rd_w=Hft7n&pf_rd_p=ef4dc990-a9ca-4945-ae0b-f8d549198ed6&pf_rd_r=RNDV4ENRRASRJ646ENEW&pd_rd_r=065199f2-c25b-4b95-a1bd-029511f65676&pd_rd_wg=FmaG0&pd_rd_i=B01MR2D0OG&refRID=RNDV4ENRRASRJ646ENEW&th=1

EDIT: But the sensor size is not Full Frame
APS-C (23.5 x 15.6 mm)

As I said earlier - I've had the Nikon D3300 with that 18-55 lens and it wasn't so much better than my present Lumix so I got rid of it.

Hey!

Actually, I already have plan what to do with my A7II when I get a new camera. I'll give it to my younger brother. But he might have to wait for another year or 2 :D

Oh man, lucky guy!

I went ahead and bought a nice used a7 (original) body for $600 shipped. Now I've got to look at lenses.

Thanks all.

Hey!

Well, congratulation on your new camera. Is that in mint with all accessories? I'll honest, I think $600 is a bit high for just A7 without the kit lens, considering how old it is now. I think my A7II is worth just a bit more than that now used in the condition it is in right now.

I just check and look like B&H is having special on the A7II with kit lens for $1K...

But look like the offer is over tomorrow. The kit lens is decent.

Anyway, enjoy your new camera. It is still a capable camera.

Not really high at 600, I've looked. An extra $200 is a lot of money for me. I bought separately the standard sony 28-70 lens. Almost anything else decent is much more expensive. Been pretty busy but did manage to take some photos with it. Will try to post some photos soon.

Unmodified photos. I think I may have to slightly under expose during harsh lighting conditions. They seem a bit washed out a bit.
