Title: PI Audio UberBuss Home Trial Period?
Post by: jtwrace on 27 Sep 2010, 04:28 pm
Dave,

Is someone still able to get an UberBuss for home demo purposes?  30 days or 2 wks?

Can you tell me the details?

Also, with RMAF around the corner, what is the lead time now?

Our home trial period has always been a Guaranteed Purchase/100% Money Back kind of thing where we simply reverse the PayPal purchase and then have FedEx pick up the unit on a call tag so that the person returning the unit is out ZERO $$$.  This has worked very well for us in that we still have only had one unit returned out of all that we have sold.

We have never offered the "We'll send you one for free" kind of home demo because there are always those individuals that will try anything with no intention of ever buying the product and send it back in crappy shape.  Sad, but it happens.  We've seen it too many times in other people's businesses.

With RMAF coming and the existing log of orders has increased delivery times to 2-3 work weeks, depending upon what the product may be.

Outside work has unfortunately curtailed development on some of the products in the pipe.  They are still there, but are kind of stuck in the pipeline for the time being.  When time frees up, the Fridge Filter and the TVSS units will be the first ones released.  It is contingent upon me to prioritize my efforts and serve my contract clients because they deserve my attention.  All of this is of course due to the fact that the company "we" is me.  I need a clone, but I'm to fricking controlling to hire anyone   :slap:

All of our products have a 30 day/100% money back guarantee - no questions asked, as long as they are in the same condition appearance and functionality wise and they have not been tampered with - that is a given.

I hope this answers your questions.
