Wlile I am familiar with the F99X as well as both the F-91 and F-93 tuners, I am curious to know if Pioneer produced any other Elite series tuners after the F99X but before the F-91? In particular, did they produce a unit designated as "Reference Series" but not Elite in the same manner as the M-90 and C-90?
