The roof on my photo studio is getting near the end of it's life. I've found some coatings online, that seal shingles and provide some heat reflection, but it's not clear to me if they can be used on a worn surface to extend the life. Anyone know about this?
The roof is a fairly shallow pitch, so an easy install to reshingle if needed. It's around 4000 sq. feet. I'm guessing a new shingles would run around $6K?
I hate to dump anymore money into this place than needed, as I want to sell it in a few years to pay for school.
