Thanks, James. Here my thoughts: 20 years of warranty for analog equipment but the OLED is digital. I doubt any OLED display in the world will be fit in 20 years. I'd prefer the light ring. replacing the LEDs over time should be possible in case of damage. Also I personally think it looks cool.

I buy Bryston not only because of sound quality (also other brands have good sounding stuff) - I got a 4B3 and a BP173 because of the 20 years, the built quality and the durability of parts.

Yes the OLED has a feature where you can adjust the level of brightness or turn it off completely.

James,
These speakers look terrific!
Would these T10, Middle T and Slim T all be considered 'line arrays?'  This is a new direction for Bryston speakers?

Hi Bill - yes I have always been a fan of line arrays and line sources so I decided to move in that direction with the T-Line.

Dunlavy are some of my favorite speakers of all time.
I believe those were line array ……and first order crossovers but I could be wrong on the crossover type.

Hi Bill - I had the Dunlavy SC-IV back in the day as well.
John was a great guy.

Actually I am interested in the "boring" stuff.  The rational in adding an additional driver, how they were manufactured, are they shipped as one piece , or 3 etc.  I am sure all that information will come out in time. They do look amazing, if I had not been traveling for work the two weeks prior to the Montreal show, I certainly would have traveled down to see/listen to them in person.

Have a great weekend.

Very nice finish on the rear panel of the speakers!

I would still like to see an option for higher quality terminals (not plastic) on a speaker of this level.

PS - the sound of this active crossover, tri-amped setup was excellent.  Authoritative, controlled and relaxed at the same time.  I often returned to the room to heal after being aurally assaulted in other rooms  :o
