Those 4 Furutech sockets alone retail for nearly $400. Obviously we got them cheap at OEM price, but they are still expensive.
We might consider offering a lower build quality model, but then, I don't think customers are looking to save a few bucks, they want top quality stuff.
If you are a good electronic designer and build this thing yourself, it would have cost you just as much, perhaps even more when build in small quantity. Most of the parts are not off the shelf parts like what you see in other lesser quality design.
