Hi folks, I've dicovered that recent batches of 2N3906 transistors (noise generators) from Jameco have avalanched a bit quieter than before.  The result is an output amplitude on the low side.  To make up for the loss, it is necessary to increase the gain of the opamp circuit.  This is done by changing R6 to 100 ohms.  You will also have to change C4 to a 100uF to maintain bandwidth.  I'm also changing the output bleeders to 10k to reduce the time constant of the large output capacitors when used as line level outputs.
