I am about to buy a second subwoofer so I can run dual subs in my 2ch music only rig. I have a question about hooking it up to my BAT preamp.

My preamp does not have a dedicated sub out. Currently I have the one sub connected to a L and R preamp out from the preamp to the L and R RCA inputs of the sub.

When adding a second sub, do I split up the L and R RCA preamp outs, with the L out going to the left sub and the R going to the R sub?

Yes,  that's exactly how i do it with my dual Gallo subs.
