There's absolutely no reason to clean the lens on a CD player unless there's a problem (like skipping) that you KNOW is being caused by a dirty lens. If you know that the lens is the cause, there are lots of commercial lens cleaners out there. I kind of doubt your M1 has a dirty lens this early in the game unless the environment it's in is extremely dusty. If that's the case, you need to move it somewhere else, lots of dust is no good for ANY CD player. Enjoy the M1, they're beauties!
