They look similar but they are actually different devices if you look at the back of each.  One has HDMI input the other has what seem like reclock and spdif inputs.  And, the one in my link has two DC inputs... weird.

Hi, I am new here. Small Lee L1387 x 4 USB DAC serve me well around 5 years . I believe it is NOS DAC. Next up will look into Lee TDA1543 x 16 DAC
