James (and/or other Bryston gurus),
One of the balanced XLR outputs on my S/H BP25 is not accepting the XLR cable fully into the jack (i.e. till it "clicks"). I have moved cables around to be sure it is not the cable.
Any suggestions shy of sending the unit to Bryston?
