I'm having a small issue with my BR-4 remote when using the digital function.
I would like to switch to (opto-2) on my BDA-1 so it would be number 3 on the remote and what happens is it shuts off my BDP-2.
So during the shut down process its more of a hard shut down meaning the screen shows shutting down and with in three seconds its off... rather than the normal shut down where it takes a little longer to shut down. (if I'm making sense)
Then when I try to turn on my BDP-2 using the power button on the unit it will not turn on at all.
Nor with the remote. So what I ended up doing to power up the BDP-2 is unplugging the power cord then reconnecting again, and all good at that point.
But still the problem persist when wanting to switch to (opto-2) using the remote (number 3) on digital function.
I tried to find the three digit code for the BDP-2 but could not find it online anywhere to reprogram the remote.
It seems the Digital function is doing two things at the same time with the Dac and streamer.
Has anyone had this issue and is there a fix?
