SOLD  I have been using one of these for a couple of years as the sole source for my system.  In December I had some trouble with video from my NUC so in a panic I bought this one to replace the one I have been using, only to discover it was not the PC at fault.  After this has been sitting on the shelf for 6 months, I realize I really don't need it.  It still has the protective plastic wrap on it.  I bought it off Amazon as a built system with  8 GB of RAM and a 128 GB ssd drive.  I paid $599 and that is still the price listed on Amazon - it is really a pretty nifty rig:

I now use an Intel NUC as my primary PC. It replaced my old mid-tower. I use a Synology NAS for storage. I think NUCs are the best thing to happen to computing in a long time.

Me too.  I have 2 NUCs in fanless cases for home PC and Music PC.   Hard to beat.
