I wanted to let the group know that Home Theare Designs in Lake St.L will be an authorized dealer for Esoteric Audio.

The owner is also going to eventually pick up PSB and demo one of the upper end models.

Maybe we should start a running thread where members can post when they become aware of any new brands we can get our hands on locally.

Esoteric has the N05xd which is primarily a DAC but can also be used as a preamp complete with a couple analog inputs, it has a streamer and headphone amp.  They partnered with Lumin on the streamer and app.

I tried one for the DAC and it looks like it will be a keeper.

As a side note TEAC has a similar product which is nicely built and sounds very good.  A matching integrated amp but I haven't heard that.
