The Disney+ documentary Among the Stars is a fascinating look at the International Space Station and the astronauts who run it.
The photography both inside and outside the ISS is crisp and clear.
The astronauts are the best of the best. The space walks are mind blowing.

The series focuses on the repair of the $2 billion science experiment, the Alpha Magnetic Spectrometer (AMS), which is designed to reveal the origins of the universe.
The goal is to replace the failed cooling system in an instrument that was never built to be serviced by cutting small cooling tubes and splicing in new lines.
The problem is that during every training session on a duplicate AMS in the neutral buoyancy pool the astronauts cut the wrong tubes which could destroy the real AMS.
Servicing the AMS in zero gravity would be even harder so no pressure guys.

The series also follows Chris Cassidy who started his career as a Navy Seal, became an astronaut and flew on the Space Shuttle in 2009 to when, 11 years later, he became the Commander of the ISS in 2020.
