Pair of VMPS Larger Subwoofers, Interconnects Harmonic Tech Silway II and Kimber KCAG, Speaker cables Acoustic Zen Satori Shotgun modified to have one run for bass and other for mids/treble, Canare 4S11 for subwoofers.

I am pleased with the quality of sound.

Other Comments

Audio goals: HD800S headphone level detail without the digital edge, natural integration from bottom to top, good imaging, large soundstage, transparency, rich harmonics (such as piano provides), and attack. A system that sound good when playing at moderate SPL's and high SPL’s without the sound falling apart during complex loud passages. Well integrated articulate bass that can be felt.

Tuning and Tweaks

Electra Cable Tube Connectors for speaker inputs. All speakers have properly loaded sorbothane with 15 to 20% deflection for maximum isolation to floor; Gaia III for bass speakers, carpet over cement floor.
