Hi I was wondering which would be the best option.

It is for 7.2.4 Home Theater only. For 2 channel I have AMG STA in another room.

I am looking for LCR external amplification and found a very good offer with STA 9.
I have an MCX-4 for surround + surround back, and Marantz SR 8015 AVR takes care of Atmos ceiling speakers.

The LR speakers are Taga Harmony Platinum B-40 SE  4 ohm 90 db

3 x STA 9 = 1670 EURO

MCX-4 = 1200 EURO

So I was wondering if the extra price would be well spend compared to the MCX-4 and only use 3 channels for LCR?

For movies I prefer MCX-4 over STA-9.  Your MCX-4 must have been bought when it first came out. The price has increased a lot since.
It is now at $1995 USD. 3 x STA-9 at today's price is $2847 USD
Cost increased a lot in the past 2 years (lucky if we can find the parts), price increased but our margin is lower. 
We hope this situation will get better in 2023.  We are seeing cost stabilising for parts but other cost (packaging, shipping, labor) are going up now.

These prices are from a swedish dealer, yeah they are pretty low for some reason

Could be older stock and they didn't raise the price.  Or their accounting/e-commerce system didn't have the new price list.
