Just see there is a new Neo driver at CommonSense useful to small tube amps  97dB sensitivity, no whizzer and linear freq chart, QTS is low may work well in horns:

It's an interesting driver but I'd be curious to know what the highs are like off axis.  Unless the dust cap on the cone is able to function as a tweeter it's likely to beam like a laser at very high frequencies.

If it's reasonably flat, beaming might be a good thing; think controlled directivity. At one time I had a pair of Acoustats that truly beamed like a laser. And with the exception of efficiency and how they handled dynamics, they were absolutely fantastic.
