DAC10X with I2S
« on: 18 Jul 2022, 07:55 am »
Hello, is there a chance to get a DAC10 with I2S connection?
We saw al lot of versions of the DAC9 already...

As an owner of the DAC 10, I have already missed the I2S.
The CDT10 has a "Low jitter I2S output for professional use".
And just this CDT10 I also own.
A series should somehow grow together completely.

We hear you, but hardware is not like software, we can't just update existing inventory.

Thanks for answer, but I don´t want to update an existing DAC10, ( I know about the problems).
I´m waiting for a new DAC10X

I must apologize.
I know that it is not possible to convert an old DAC10 to I2S.
Nevertheless, I would be happy if I could remain faithful to the 10 series.
So is the I2S function of the CDT-10 only for other combinations?
I would be interested in an answer to Fenec's question about a DAC-10X already.
Function, design, quality are important factors.
