For anyone that is using or plans on using Audirvana music player, they have finally fixed the issue with the remote app for android phones. There was a recent update that fixed the long standing problem with dropped connectivity on android phones. I was remoting in with another laptop but now I can use my Galaxy phone. Prior to this, android phones would randomly lose connectivity. Iphones had no such problem.
