Greetings, AudioCircle! I’m new here, and like to have access to great guidance when I need it. Although my next project is construction of a flat pack and speaker, my greatest interests are tube components. The heart of my system is a Marantz 8b, which I’ve had forty years. My most recent tube component is a Fender Princeton Reverb. My wife’s first stereo was a DYNACO ST-70 with a PAS, which I converted into an AVA creation. I’ve also recently built two headphone amps designed by Pete Millett.
My first experience with audio was in Memphis, at Opus 2. Now living in east Texas, my activity with stereo is collecting vinyl. But what I’m most proud of my two boys who like vinyl and have built their own speakers.
And my username is a nod to my favorite Van Morrison album.
