Title: Few More Questions for the FryKleaner
Post by: Doc Jr 8156 on 8 Nov 2003, 01:30 am
Hello all,

My FryKleaner is done and upon plug-in, the LED is blinking hence I'm assuming that it is working right.  I have a few more questions and I promise, I won't bore anyone else after this.

1.  How does the the rotary switch work?  Does it increase the level of the sound or does it let you choose which frequency? (-10dbu, 0 dbu, +10dbu)

2.  Do I have to change anything on the DIP switch (S123)?  Should I flip all switches (3 of them) to the "up"  or on position?

3.  Lastly, how does the FryKleaner sound?  What I'm hearing right now are continous and pulsating high frequency sweep.

Thank you very much for the advice.

The rotary switch is supposed to replace the DIP switch.  They both function as gain selectors.  There is another post here with a recording of a working unit.  Or try this:
