Dayens Ampino Monos have had their debut
« on: 19 Nov 2010, 10:00 am »
Hi

I just received an email from Zoran at Dayens stating that the Ampino Monos will be ready for shipping "in the next few weeks". Here's from his email:

"I'm happy to inform you that Ampino Monos debuted on our domestic http://www.hi-files.com/show/8 recently.
Ampino Monos will be ready for shipping in the next few weeks.
Here are some basic specifications of the Ampino Mono Power Amplifier:
- 100W@4Ohm / 50W@8Ohm
- 2x10.000,00uF Mundorf capacitors in power supply section
- Mundorf ZN capacitors for input
- 2 pairs of  Japanese (bipolar) output transistors per channel
- class AB design.
Price is 550€ per piece, so two monos cost 1100€ (including shipping!)."

Price would be shipping to Europe I guess

I spoke with Zoran a few days ago too.  They will be a few new amps unveiled in January... February at the latest.  None of cheap by definition of this circle, but all very cheerful.

Sorry about posting in the wrong "circle". Can somebody with the power and know-how please move it to a more appropriate home?
