Anyone having issues with controlling Manic Moose or BDA3 with iPad after last firmware update?
-
Hi - can you describe the area you are having difficulty with?

I thought we were told that all problems with Manic Moose and control on the BR-20 would be resolved in a few days. That was a week ago.

We are waiting for ROON to allow us to post the new software
james
Clive send me an email and I will send you the latest software - jamestanner@bryston.com

Thank you James, Adam sent the new firmware which I have now installed and verified. All seems good so let’s hope I’m not having to recycle the mains anytime soon. Let’s keep our fingers crossed.

Hi Clive - OK thanks for the feedback - the recycle is a strange one - I have 2 BR20's in two of my systems and have never run into that?

Hello James,
what is the latest Manic Moose release (both standard and beta)? I have two BDP-2s: I have S2.44, 11-26-21 on one, which I believe is a beta release, and S2.44, 10-5-21 on the other...mostly used as Roon renderers. The first one mentioned has an attached BOT-1.
thanks...Robert

Hi Robert - yes the one you have is the latest beta.
There will be a new version soon which allows for ROON certification.

Thanks James...

I was in touch with Chris and it turned out to be a remote issue with low batteries!
Sorry for the delay in replying.
