Thanks everyone for all the great posts and CAM's and SAM's will give you so much texture and nuance with the Hemp Alnico driver. The SAM's will have a more strong mid bass and the CAM's are a bit faster.

Thanks, Louis.  I appreciate your looking at the thread..   I'm still going back and forth between CAMs and 3i monitors.   I like what I hear about the 3i's coherence, and what I hear about the CAM's texture and inner detail.
