Welcome to Audio Circle.  :D

I think you might want draw a schematic or do one at a time using one as a reference as to how to put the other back together with the new parts. Only after you have tested it and verified that you got right do you want to begin with the other.

These parts came from GR Research.  I have the drawings he sent. I’m confused about wire Leeds wiring together  from the source to speakers after the components connected.

I’m in the same situation with the 504c - it would be nice to have a layout to copy showing recommended placement and orientation. Any chance of getting something like that Danny?

You guys can lay all the parts out just as per the schematic. After they are connected you can twist them around any way you need to so long as the inductors are not facing the same way.

And if you get stuck just call me and I'll walk you through it.

Thanks for posting The photos of your cross over lay out..My issue is with the wires leading off of the board. I noticed you have different color wires..So have you gotten these installed? If so how does it sound to you?

It's a completely transformed speaker to me, the frequency range is so much smoother and complete. Kind of embarrassed that I was impressed with them before the upgrade, especially after seeing how bad they were in the measurements. I would definitely recommend this upgrade to people who already own them.

Yeah my wiring is kinda a mixture of sorts. Some is neotech solid core and some is the wiring that Danny sent. It was my first time doing crossovers and such so I used up to much wire and made some mistakes as well, all part of the fun lol.
