Old Man on Led Zepplin IV album cover identified

We all remember the iconic Led Zepplin IV album cover, an old man carrying a bundle of sticks and no text




Now by luck and a some sleuthing the original photo has been found along with a name


Lot Long, who worked as a thatcher in the 1890s. His image became the face of the album known as “Led Zeppelin IV.”
