I'm looking to upgrade pretty soon and I'm looking at the Synergy 450 as my amplification. I'm also looking at pairing with a tubed preamp. I know a lot of people love the Trancendence 8+ and I probably would too but I'm looking for a preamp where the tubes show and also a remote that will change sources and not just the volume and mute. Can anyone here speak to the primaluna mated with a Synergy 450?
The preamp will sit on top of a table in clear view and I like the look of the tubes glowing.
