Jim,
My cornet (octal version) has the standard .47uf output capacitor. I've just recieved a new pre-amp with an input impedance of 17k ohm. My current pre has an input impedance of 60k and that standard cap provides plenty of bass.
Previously, you've said the lower cut-off for the standard cap is 20k input impedance. Is 17k close enough or should the Cornet output capacitor be changed? If changed, is a 1uf optimal?
