I've owned a few planar speakers and have heard others where one or more drivers was in an open framework rather than a traditional closed box. But recently a couple different fully open baffle speaker systems with higher than average sensitivity came to my attention -- Pure Audio Project and Spatial Audio.
So can anyone who owns either of these or who experienced extensive auditioning offer comments on how they compare to planar or more traditional closed box designs? Also if you happened to compare similar models from each company that could be helpful too. I'm looking for something which offers clean, spatial, dynamic sonics in a larger than average room. I'd say 60% for music and 40% for videos.
