I heard the track “Peace’ from this album on the radio last week. A decent audiophile track, but I can only take this “music” in small doses.

Richidoo, I know what you mean about small doses. Ornette Coleman was introduced to me about 50 years ago and I had to restrain myself to keep from fleeing my own listening room so as to not insult the guy who brought the LP to my home to listen to it. The experience turned me off on avant gard Jazz for a long time! I've long since gotten over that traumatic intro and have been an avid jazz afficionado for several decades across nearly all (most?) styles. It reminds me of the dangers of introducing someone to camping i.e. you must make sure a newbie has a great time the first time and they will be back for more (if not you've probably lost them for life).

Austrian born sax player, with her quartet (bass, drums, guitar, with a guest playing organ) with her modern take on 'spiritual' jazz.

All her releases are pretty high quality.
