Michel Camilo - On Fire

Wonderful piano trio/quartet jazz, including the extraordinary Dave Weckl on drums on a few tracks.

Another fab piano-trio-latin-jazz record. Terrific stuff.

Nat King Cole - The Trio Recordings

This box has 5 discs, but I only have 4 of them (Vols. 1 - 4). I got each disc separately on swapacd.com. Not sure I really need the 5th disc.

Listening to disc 1 which is from 1944-45 with the classic trio, Nat King Cole backed by Johnny Miller on bass and Oscar Moore on guitar. I love this stuff.

Edit: Holy cow, this stuff is in full-throttle swing mode.

Dexter Gordon
Go

Wow.  Finally got around to picking up this 180g Blue Note remaster from Acoustic Sounds.  Highly recommended.

Here's a review and samples from AllMusic: Review by Stacia Proefrock
From the first moments when Dexter Gordon sails into the opening song full of brightness and confidence, it is obvious that Go is going to be one of those albums where everything just seems to come together magically. A stellar quartet including the stylish pianist Sonny Clark, the agile drummer Billy Higgins, and the solid yet flexible bassist Butch Warren are absolutely crucial in making this album work, but it is still Gordon who shines. Whether he is dropping quotes into "Three O'Clock in the Morning" or running around with spritely bop phrases in "Cheese Cake," the album pops and crackles with energy and exuberance. Beautiful ballads like "I Guess I'll Hang My Tears Out to Dry" metamorphosize that energy into emotion and passion, but you can still see it there nonetheless. Gordon had many high points in his five decade-long career, but this is certainly the peak of it all.

Our Man in Paris is next on the wish list

Now that's an endorsement!  I usually steer clear of Nat albums since I'm not a huge fan of his crooning, but will have to look for these.  Thanks.

Agree. I prefer Nat from the pre-crooning era. Mid to late 1940s for sure.
I've got some tracks of Dexter Gordon accompanied by Nat Cole (and I believe his trio), circa 1943: "I've Found a New Baby"; "Rosetta"; "Sweet Lorraine"; and "I Blowed and Gone". Terrific stuff! I wish Dex and Nat had done more releases together.
