great..let's keep it going.....too bad Vinnie abandoned us..I could see it coming though..

right now my Lio is running great with the amperex 7308 green label tubes and my project of restoring some vintage Snell JIV's is really paying off as a sweet combo!!!

I appreciate the enthusiasm for Vinnie's products, but I don't think the Starting Block/Introductions is the proper circle for this. Possibly the thread might fit in the Tube-O-Phile circle since there is a lot of interest in tube rolling?

Phew!

Apropos of nothing what speakers are people running with their VR gear?  I have an L2iSE and have Volti Rivals with TWL cables.  An excellent combination!

Glad to see this thread for LIO folks.  I've the DHT with TAK300B's.  Right now pushing Salk SongTower RT's, but have some Song3 BeAT's on order.  I think I may need more power, so I'm poking around researching amps (that's half the fun to me), but I will see how the LIO's internal amp sounds at first.  I've got Audiotorium23 Speaker cables and interconnects from the DAC to the LIO.

just added some of Herbie's tube dampeners to my LIO's 7308 tubes and to 4  Genalex 6922 tubes in my Manley Chinook phono stage. A member on the VPI turntable forum had a few sets for sale. ..so I grabbed 3 of them in like new condition. I'm a sucker for tweaks..lol.

I thought I’d let LIO owners know that I’ve listed the DAC2 module from my L2 Signature Preamp.

Sweet! Glad to have found this thread. Just upgraded a month ago from the RWA Bellina to the LIO w/ phono + DAC for a home office headphone setup. Thinking about going to DHT and hoping you guys can shed some light on how the sound will change.

Currently driving Audeze LCD2 but thinking about upgrading those too!
