49 inch wide x 1.5 inch thick maple butcher block; final result will be 4 shelves and tied together with 8020 uprights.

8020 T-slot framing, two 37 inch pieces on each side. Butcher block is sufficiently thick and beefy such that I don't need center uprights...I think!
