My PC is a Dell Optiplex 990 Intel core4 3.3Ghz 8Mb ram, HD500Mb, its resonable fast. Obviusly this update was defective, it even didnt reboot the system.

I have the latest most up to date version of WIN 10 v1909. Isn’t that what this thread is all about?

I found it was not the V1909, but something bigger.
