Amplifiers or preamps have rated input or output impedances. Woofers just have a measured impedance that is a measurement of resistance over frequency.
When looking at woofers, look for a measurement that is stated as DCR. That will tell you the minimum resistance.
Then if paralleling two woofers take that number and divide it by two.
