Hi, I purchased a Maverick Audio Tube Magic DAC/Pre for my son's budget system. The thing sounds great with the upgraded tube and opamps. My problem with it is that it makes a couple of popping sounds that come through the speakers when ever we use any buttons on our CD players. I have tried it in different systems and it still does it. I have tried using a 3-2 prong power plug adaptor to take the ground out of the situation and it does not help. Any thoughts before I exchange it for a new one?
