Danny,

What is the first port resonance needs to be?

Edit: (above 1800 Hz?)

A 4" port will be included for each side of the box. It will tune it to about 45Hz.

Merry Christmas to you! Thanks!

I just double check with unibox...a 4" port tuned to 45 Hz requires 26" long each for 1.1-ft3 box size. A 2.1-ft3 box size will shorten port to 12.5".  This is huge...bigger than LS-C?  Tell me I'm mistaken  :D

There are two ports 1.8" in diameter and 4" long.  :D

Allow for your braces and you've got it.

Will  a brace to the outside of each woofer (between woofer and  port) be required in addition to the  original   brace B's ?  Or are we good to go with just the  2 ?

I'd build the ends just like the N3: http://gr-research.com/pdf/neo3box.pdf

And I would put a brace on either side of the woofers.
