Octal Cornet Question for Jim

Hi, I was going to build the standard version but after seeing your review of the Octal I think I am going to go that way. I do have a question regarding the CCS upgrade which I ordered. With the Octal would you still implement this or go with the 4, 30W pulldown resistors.

The CCS for the octal cornet uses different value resistors. 510 ohm, I think, as the N7 runs at a different bias.

For me, I prefer the sound of the CCS.

Thanks Jim, I imagine the transistors are the same for either version.
