Where's the gig? I have been laying low for about a year after a 5 year stint with a jazz and worship band. Benn playing drums for 35 years and also the guitar when I feel like it. We can jam when you're in town.

OK I am down for Shenkerian Analysis.

Everything the least bit "tonal" gets reduced to I-V-I anyway....

Cheers,

I hear that ; )

But if you've got anything modern-edged or ancient and all of a sudden Shenker gets outta hand...

Okay, no more music nerd stuff, I promise!

There's a 'c' in Schenker. Let's see: what do I remember from my course at Oberlin:
There's the 'reaching over' technique; then there's the 'reach under', and the controversial 'reach around'.

Oh wait. That was a different course.
