So far I have been building stuff to order but lately we have been doing a steady stream of 1:10 ratio MU moving coil step-up transformers with premium connectors so I am going to stock these pre-built from now on. This is by far the most common config (95% +).
Next year I may try and stock NOH pre-amps but there are so many options and configs it is hard to do!
