Title: IDA-16 out of service

Hello everyone,

My ida-16 that worked perfectly broke down today. While I listened to low volume auxilliary (RCA IN) I heard a loud clock. It does not come back on anymore. It remains in red on the front facade. When I press on / off I hear a noise in the device but nothing happens. The light on the facade stay in red.

I need help.
Please.

Hi Jerome,

You might first contact your dealer, and they likely will suggest you file a Support Ticket on the Nuprime site

Sorry to hear that. This is not the place to ask for repair support.  We use audiorcicle for discussion.
Not because I don't want to help, but Support is a PROCESS.
Where are you located, who did you buy from, product serial number, where to send it to, support staff from distributor, ....
You get my point :).  Don't answer it yet. Go to the website and follow the process to create a ticket on helpdesk.nuoem.com

That's why I wanted to know the procedure to follow and have the right email or site to contact for support.
